| 内容記述 | 本稿は、『高齢者の社会参加活動のあり方および参加促進に向けた取り組みに関する調査研究』(平成24年3月 財団法人岩手県長寿社会振興財団)をもとに分析している。高齢化の進展、地域社会関係の希薄化、既存の社会参加の場における参加率の低下等の問題を受け、岩手県における高齢者の生活実態と社会参加のあり方について検討するために、調査では、社会参加の前提となる高齢者の生活と社会参加の実態を把握し、地域特性、行政期待、個人期待等を絡ませながら「社会参加」のあり方について考察した。結果からみえた課題解決のあり方として、町内会や自治会を機軸とした年齢集団の関係性の構築、それら活動と個人的活動の構造化について提案した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper is an analysis of the data from "Research on social participation and prompting participation for senior generation"(2012 Iwateken Chouju-Shakai Shinnkou Zaidan). Based on the problems of an ageing society, weakening neighborhood ties and a decreasing rate of social participation, this study explores the social participation of senior citizens in Iwate Prefecture. We examined the conditions of social participation, including the specifics of the region,expectations on social policies, individual expectations, in order to understand their social condition and their social participation. We conclude that a re-construction of relationships to community associations within age groups, structuring individual activity and group activity as possible solutions to this problem. | |||||
