| 内容記述 | 平成14年に厚生労働省は精神科医療について、それまでの入院主体から地域医療への転換をはかったが、近年は全国的に当事者の自傷または他害のおそれがある者についての精神保健福祉法第24条に基づく、警察官や保健所の精神保健福祉相談員による危機介入が増加している。しかし和歌山市保健所ではこの危機介入が有意に減少していることが分かった。これには以下の要因が考えられた。まず相談員を増員することで危機介入時の体制を充実させた、入院時から退院を意識した関わりをしている、地域の関係機関同士の関係を良好に循環させる働きをしていることなどが考えられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In 2002, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare aimed for a conversion regarding psychiatry care system to a community medicine judge by the number of hospitalizations. Due to article 24 of Law on the Health and Welfare of the Mentally Handicapped claiming the risks of self-mutilation among the concerned patients or injuries on other persons observed in the late years and all over the country, and according to the psychiatrist health and welfare counseling with police services and health care center, the number of emergency responses have been increasing. However, it has been noticed that the recorded rate of Wakayama city health care center has been significantly decreasing. This fact might be explained by the factors given afterwards. First, by increasing the number of the counseling board members and thus improving the method adopted in case of emergency response, then by considering a patient's discharge according to his time of hospitalization, and at last, by improving the circulation of the functions between the regional institutions. | |||||
