| 内容記述 | 本研究は、社会資源の少ない地域に暮らす重症心身障害児をもつ母親の在宅療育の実態を明らかにすることを目的とした。重症心身障害児の母親2 名に半構成的面接を行い質的帰納的分析を行った結果、【決断】【喜び】【希望】【限られた生活空間】【知識不足】【障害があるという現実】【不安】【在宅療育を支えるもの】【在宅療育を継続する上での困難】の9 の概念が抽出された。母親は、社会資源が少ないなかで、障害児の母親同士の交流を深め、情報交換や情報収集を行い、医療コーディネーターを活用するなどしながら問題解決していた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of the current study was to ascertain the current status of mothers who are raising and caring for children with severe motor and intellectual disabilities at homes located in communities with few social welfare resources. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 2 mothers of children with severe motor and intellectual disabilities, and the obtained data were qualitatively and descriptively analyzed. Results of that analysis identified 9 concepts： Resolve, Joy, Hope, A Limited Range of Social Interaction, A Lack of Knowledge, The Reality that One’s Child is Disabled, Anxiety, Support to Raise and Care for a Disabled Child at Home, and The Difficulties of Continuing to Raise and Care for a Disabled Child at Home. Given few social welfare resources, mothers resolved problems by more closely interacting with other mothers of children with severe disabilities from whom they actively gathered and exchanged information. Mothers also utilized care coordinators. | |||||
