Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 2 mothers of children with severe motor and intellectual disabilities, and the obtained data were qualitatively and descriptively analyzed. Results of that analysis identified 9 concepts： Resolve, Joy, Hope, A Limited Range of Social Interaction, A Lack of Knowledge, The Reality that One’s Child is Disabled, Anxiety, Support to Raise and Care for a Disabled Child at Home, and The Difficulties of Continuing to Raise and Care for a Disabled Child at Home. Given few social welfare resources, mothers resolved problems by more closely interacting with other mothers of children with severe disabilities from whom they actively gathered and exchanged information. Mothers also utilized care coordinators.},
