| 内容記述 | 研究目的は,岩手県および三重県の一地域における患者-看護師の関係の特徴を明らかにすることである.平成17年に岩手県において,平成18年に三重県において,それぞれ1病院の外来患者に質問紙調査を行った.質問紙は,情報提供,傾聴,対等性,主体性,医療の満足度についての10項目からなり,リッカート型4段階スケールで回答を求めた(患者-医師関係スケール).患者-看護師関係については治療の満足度の項目を削除した9項目である.積極的反応を記述した項目については肯定的反応の強さに応じて,「まったくその通り」を3点,「まったく違う」を0点,その間を1点刻みに配点した.岩手県では343人,三重県からは261人の患者から回答を得た.平均年齢は,岩手県54.1歳(SD18.62),三重県が59.3歳(SD17.75)であった.岩手県と三重県で項目ごとに得点を比較した.「体験の傾聴」は,岩手県は三重県より有意に得点が高かった.「#従順」は,岩手県は三重県より有意に得点が低かった.次に,岩手県の患者-看護師関係と患者-医師関係を比較した.「十分な説明」,「情報の伝達」,「体験の傾聴」は,患者-看護師関係は,患者-医師関係より得点が有意に低かった.岩手県の患者は,三重県の患者に比べて看護師との関係において,依存的であることが明らかになった.岩手の県民性といわれる寡黙,引っ込み思案といった性向が影響している可能性も考えられた. | |||||

| 内容記述 | A study was conducted to characterize the relationship between patients and nurses in Iwate and Mie prefectures. A questionnaire was administered to outpatients at two hospitals in Iwate in 2005 and in Mie in 2006. The questionnaire consisted of 10 items, inquiring about aspects such as giving information, listening to patients, relationship equality, patient autonomy, and satisfaction with treatment, using a Likert type 4 scale. Satisfaction with treatment was bloted at a questionnaire of relationships between patients and nurses. Items that were perceived as positive were scored from 0 to 3 in proportion to the degree of positiveness. The questionnaire was answered by 343 patients in Iwate and 261 in Mie, and the mean ages of the patients were 54.1 years (SD 18.62) and 59.3 years (SD 17.75) respectively. The score for "Listening to patients' experiences" was significantly higher in Iwate than in Mie, whereas that for "Obedience" was significantly lower in Iwate. In Iwate, scores for "Sufficiently informed", "Giving information" and "Listening to patients' experiences" were significantly lower for the patient-nurse relationship than for the patientdoctor relationship. We found that patients in Iwate are more dependent on nurses than those in Mie. This is considered to be due to the character of the people in Iwate, who tend to be reticent and shy. | |||||
