| 内容記述 | 岩手県内の高齢者保健・福祉施設における口腔ケアの現状を把握し,課題を探索するための質問紙調査を行った.県内の全ての老人保健施設および特別養護老人ホーム計161施設に各5通質問紙を配布し,口腔ケア実施者に対して実施している口腔ケアに関する質問紙調査を行った.その結果,414の回答(有効回答数412)が得られ(回収率51.4%),以下のことが明らかとなった.岩手県内の老人保健施設および特別養護老人ホームで実施されている口腔ケアは1日のケア回数,一回のケアあたりのケア時間,用具,洗浄剤,終了基準等多くの点で多様である.特別養護老人ホームのほうが老人保健施設に比べ,肺炎予防を意図したと考えられる口腔ケアの方法をとる割合が高かった.今後,詳細な口腔ケアの方法についての実態の調査,肺炎発症との関連性の検証,施設における効率的な口腔ケアのモデル開発といった課題に取り組むことが求められる. | |||||

As for geriatric health services facilities in Iwate oral care carried out in seniors special nursing homes ware various in many respects in tools and cleaners to use in oral care, endpoints standards of oral care, the care number of times par day, care time per one care and so on. Oral cares of seniors special nursing homes were taken a method of the oral care that it is thought that aimed at the pneumonia prevention is higher than it with geriatric health services facilities. It is demanded that we wrestle with investigation of the actual situation about a method of detailed oral care, inspection of relevance with the pneumonia onset, model development of effective oral care in those institutions. | |||||
