| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,病院外来におけるサポートプログラムの成果を検討することである.2004年1月から,がんの告知を受け外来通院を継続する,主として消化器がん術後患者を対象に,サポートプログラムを実施してきた.このプログラムは,外来看護師が役立つ知識を提供する教育的側面と,参加者同士がサポートし合う支持的側面を組み入れ,参加者自身のストレス対処能力を高めることをねらいとしている.2005年3月までに,20回開催した.実施記録と質問紙調査(参加者全体のうち同意が得られた患者本人6名,全員女性,50-60代)の分析から,以下の成果が得られた.(1)継続的なサポートプログラムには,〔ホッとする場〕〔救われる場〕〔安心感が得られる場〕など,自分らしくあることができる居場所としての機能があった.(2)1回ごとの終了時における気分得点(0-10scale)は,開始時よりも上昇していた.(3)参加後の療養生活における取り組み状況は,参加者によりばらつきがみられた.参加者が,自分の健康に影響する生活行動や人間関係を振り返り,養生法を獲得していくためには,個々の状況に応じた継続的な支援が必要である. | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study aims to evaluate an outpatient support program running since January 2004 mainly targeting postoperative colorectal cancer patients. The program incorporates a health educational component, where outpatient nurses provide useful educational information, and a patient-to-patient mutual support component, designed for patients themselves to improve their stress management skills. Until March 2005, 20 such sessions were held. Six consenting female participants in their 50s to 60s completed a survey questionnaire. The following results were obtained. (1) Patients viewed the support program as a platform to "find a place of relief or rescue", or as an opportunity to be themselves. (2) The mood score (0-10 scale) were higher at the end than at the start of each session. (3) Variation was observed among participants in their approach to incorporating recuperation into their lifestyles after joining the program. To encourage participants to reflect on lifestyle and interpersonal relationships that may have influenced their health, and to achieve better recovery, it is necessary to provide continued support to outpatients on an individual basis. | |||||
