| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,看護師が入院患者の家族に日常的にどのようにかかわっていると認識しているのかを明らかにし,この家族へのかかわり行動と経験年数及び看護の社会的スキルの認識との関連を見出すことである.ここで用いられる看護の社会的スキルの項目は,因子分析によって抽出された『説明と確認のスキル』『身体接触のスキル』『わかりやすさのスキル』『意図的接近のスキル』『問題解決のスキル』の5因子である.家族へのかかわり行動の項目においては,看護師は初歩的社会的スキルに関連した項目については実践しているという認識の評価は高いが,教育・役割調整に関連した項目は実践しているという評価が低かった.さらに家族へのかかわり行動の項目を因子分析した結果『家族の困り事への対応』『気持ちの表出への支援』『接遇』『家族に対する基本姿勢』の4因子が抽出された.この家族へのかかわり行動の各因子と経験年数との関連をみると,経験年数が多くなるにつれ実践しているという認識の評価が高かった.このことから看護実践の体験を意味づけをしていくことを繰り返していく中で,よりよい家族看護につなげていくことができると考える.次に家族へのかかわり行動と看護の社会的スキルの各因子との関連をみると,家族へのかかわり行動の因子において,個人の価値観が根底にみられる『家族に対する基本姿勢』の因子以外は看護の社会的スキルの各因子と相関がみられた.これは家族援助が対人関係に関わる援助ということができ,家族へのかかわり行動の向上が結果的に看護の社会的スキルを高め患者の看護の質を向上させていくことにもつながっていくことになると考える. | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this study is to elucidate the nurses' perception of their role in supporting family members of patients. The factors were evaluated in association with years of experience and social skills of nurses. Factor analysis revealed 5 factors important in the role of nurses providing support to family members: "respond to what troubles family members", "help family members express feelings", "take a temperate attitu de" and "not be intrusive". Performance of the role related to these 5 factors was more favorable in nurses having more years of experience. In addition, all factors with the exception of "not be intrusive" were correlated with factors related to nurses' social skills. Helping family members is a type of support associated with interpersonal relationships, thus improvement in relational behavior with family members would enhance the nurses' social skills, and eventually raise the quality of nursing care of patients. | |||||
