| 内容記述 | イソヒヨドリは、日本ではもともと海岸沿いに生息していたが、近年、海から離れた内陸部にも進出し、繁殖するようになってきた。内陸部ではとくに、鉄道の駅やマンションなど高層建築物のある都市でよく目撃されている。筆者は岩手県の内陸部でイソヒヨドリを複数回にわたり観察することができた。盛岡市、遠野市、花巻市、北上市、一関市である。海からもっとも遠い地点は盛岡駅の71km であった。イソヒヨドリの行動から、これら内陸の都市部で繁殖していると結論づけられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The blue rock thrush Monticola solitarius originally inhabits the coastline in Japan, but the species has recently been observed far inland. In particular, blue rock thrushes are often found in large cities with high buildings including railway stations. I observed blue rock thrushes several times in the interior of Iwate Prefecture, i.e.,Morioka, Tohno, Hanamaki, Kitakami, and Ichinoseki. The farthest inland site was Morioka, which is 71 km from the coast. Based on the birds' behavior, I concluded that blue rock thrushes breed in these inland cities. | |||||
