| 内容記述 | 岩手県大船渡市民を対象とする2011 年12 月と2013 年12 月の2 回の横断調査データを用いて、震災に伴う被害が各調査時点の生活復興に関する意識に与える影響を分析した。その結果、震災による住宅や仕事の被害が比較的軽微だった人を中心に、2 年間で市民の間の生活に関する不安感の低下が明らかになった。また、大きな被害を受けた地区の住民の一部に、居住地の復興に対して厳しい評価をしながら、同時に行政の復興取組全般に対して比較的好意的評価をする傾向が見られた。大きな被害を受けた地区において、インフラが不十分な状況下で、行政の取組を信頼しながら復興を待ち続ける住民が存在することを示す結果が得られた。 一方、2 回の調査に共通して、仮設住宅居住者の不安感が高いこと、震災がきっかけで退職・廃業した人の生活の満足感も低いことが把握された。2015 年度に住宅再建が本格化する中、新しい住まいに転居した人達のコミュニティ構築とともに、これらの人達の生活復興が重要課題と言える。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We used covariance structure analysis and cross-sectional questionnaire survey data from two different years for Ofunato City to analyze the impact of disaster damage (loss of homes and jobs) on residents' livelihood recovery process. Results indicated that the degree of anxiety decreased with the passage of two years, especially for those whose harm was not severe. Meanwhile, people living in temporary housing suffered greater anxiety, and people who had lost their jobs because of retirement or the disaster were less satisfied with their lives. Recovery of their livelihoods will be a major challenge, as is rebuilding the homes of people in temporary housing, and rebuilding their communities after they have moved into their new homes. | |||||
