| 内容記述 | 本稿は、中山間地域における農家の「直売」活動の事例研究をもとに、「直売」にみられる組織の形成や展開過程、参加メンバーの意識と農業経営を分析することによって、「直売」の社会的性格および組織的特質など内部構造の解明を目指すものである。また、「直売」を契機とした地域的連帯が地域活性化ないし地域づくりに連動する可能性も探る。考察の対象事例は、行政や農協のバックアップを受けつつ、基本的には自主的に活動を展開し、施設管理費など諸経費の節約によって売り上げを伸ばしてきた。その成功の要因として、(1)生産者側の意欲(2)構成員同士の競争(3)男性の参加を巻き込んだ世帯単位という形の展開(4)「個と共同」のバランス、が挙げられる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper deals with farm women's voluntary cooperative activity in the direct marketing of agricultural products in the mountain areas of Rikuzentakada, Iwate Prefecture, especially the organization and process of direct marketing, their concepts of agricultural management, as well as their relationship with local society and their organizational peculiarities. Through a monographic description of these factors, it seeks for the possibilities of local development by local cooperation and solidarity. Sociological analysis of it shows that the important factors for success are : 1) the eagerness of the producers 2) competition between the members of the association 3) involvement of male family members and involvement of the family 4) the balance between the individual members and the association. | |||||
