| 内容記述 | 本研究は、介護福祉士養成教育における学生の実習後の介護観の分析を縦断的に行い、介護実習の効果評価を行うことを目的とした。結果、各年次に共通する介護観の視点として「実習についての感情・思い」「生活支援技術」「介護に関する価値」「利用者主体のケア」「実習の態度」「利用者像」「介護過程」「実習の場」の8カテゴリが抽出された。また3年次には「地域における多職種連携」4年次には「認知症利用者の理解」のカテゴリが追加抽出された。年次が進むに従い中位項目のサブカテゴリ、介護観を構成する知識、技術、態度ともに、より多様であり臨床場面に即していることから介護専門職としての成長を示唆しているといえる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of caregiving training based on a longitudinal analysis of students' impressions and comments regarding caregiving topics covered in their curriculum. All the students studied the following eight opics: "Emotions and thoughts on caregiving training," "Everyday living support techniques," "Values emphasized in caregiving," "User-centered caregiving," "Attitude towards caregiving training," "Image of care users," "The caregiving process," and "Facilities suited to caregiving training." An additional topic, "Multi-occupational cooperation in the community," was studied by 3rd year students and another," Understanding users with dementia," was studied by 4th year students. As the students' progressed through their four years of training, the knowledge, techniques, and attitudes that were expressed in their comments and impressions regarding these topics became more varied and more adequately reflected the realities of the actual caregiving situation, indicating the students' growth as caregiving specialists. | |||||
