| 内容記述 | 地域若者サポートステーションは若者無業者の職業的自立を目的に、全国で116事業所(2012年度)が様々なプログラムを実施している。それらを取りまとめている過去5年間の事例集に記録されている取組みを検討することから、若者を取り巻く就労や自立の問題が浮き彫りにされてくると考えられる。本研究は、事例集のなかで取り上げられている課題を整理、検討することで若者の自立と地域若者サポートステーションの課題について検討することを目的としている。 | |||||

In this paper, I will show that the consideration of case from the records in the last five years will reveal some of the problems concerning employment and independence of the youth in a society, and also discuss that such a careful consideration will shed a light on possible solutions of these problems from the viewpoint of the roles of the local youth support stations. | |||||
