| 内容記述 | 2006年の「障害者権利条約」の採択以降、国際的に、"障害"と"ジェンダー"への関心が高まりつつある。これとともに障害者の実態を適切に把握するための障害者統計、とりわけ障害者ジェンダー統計が必要とされる。本研究では、第一に、障害者ジェンダー統計整備の必要性を指摘している主要な国際的文書の内容を概観し、第二に、障害者ジェンダー統計整備状況について、日本の政府が生産している統計データと政府統計の不足を補う主な調査等を可能な限り収集・把握し、第三に、今後、どのような統計がのぞまれるのかを統計の品質論の視点から検討・考察する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | After "Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities" was adopted in 2006, interest in "disability" and "gender" increased internationally. Persons with disabilities statistics, particularly persons with disabilities gender statistics has become essential for appropriately understanding the status of persons with disabilities. In this study, we will first review the major international documents that point out the necessity of obtaining persons with disabilities gender statistics; second, we will collect and understand as much statistical data produced by the Government of Japan and main surveys that supplement the deficiencies of government statistics as possible to check the arrangement of persons with disabilities gender statistic; and third, we will examine and consider what types of statistics will be required in the future from the viewpoint of statistics quality. | |||||
