| 内容記述 | A scale of 20 items (Ko-MulDIA) to measure compassion fatigue, empathic distress, personal distress and over arousal of empathy was constructed through factor analytic procedures. Reliabilities of the scale were examined in terms of α-coefficients and test-retest coefficients. Validities of the scale were confirmed with the examination of correlations between the scale and Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI ; Davis, 1999), KA-Scale of Self Conscious Affects (Kikuchi & Arimitsu, 2006) and Prosocial Behavior Scale (Kikuchi, 1988) as well as the examination on the scores of nurse. | |||||
