| 内容記述 | This manuscript is an attempt to examine how to practice Childrearing Support in Depopulated Local Authorities and Citizen Involvement from the viewpoint of community empowerment, based on the example of the Child Care System in TANOHATA Village in Iwate Prefecture as well as the result from the interviews with the residents who participated in the workshop. The result shows the importance of the collaboration between the authorities and residents, enabling them to utilize not only their social capital but their learning experience in the workshop, which is proving effective in empowerment in Depopulated Local Authorities. | |||||
