| 内容記述 | To guarantee the livelihood of the elderly who lives in the rural district, it is necessary to concentrate various daily goods and services. Therefore, we examined that, for those elderly, the kind of agency which provide all sorts of necessities for life can gain higher reliance than those agencies which provide single welfare service. To do this research, we defined those agencies which provide single long term care welfare service as "single type agency". Agencies which provide several kinds of long term care welfare service as "complex type agency". Agencies which provide both long term care welfare services and health care services as "multiple type agency". We investigated those three types agencies and examined the reliance, effectiveness, efficiency of the services which provided by these three type agencies. The result is either the reliance or effectiveness or efficiency, the multiple is the highest, the next is the complex type, the last is the single type's agency. | |||||
