| 内容記述 | Field practicum highlights social work training in providing students with the best opportunity to learn the field. Whether or not such an opportunity results in students' positive studying through experience instead of an event designed as just a summary of the training is a serious matter. To make a field practicum fruitful in the sense that the students can deepen their knowledge of social work, the students themselves need to understand fully the whole process of the practicum in advance, and review the result of the practicum in detail both individually and in some group work. This paper introduces and discusses an educational practice as an attempt to promote students' positive activities and help their learning to be more effective. | |||||
