| 内容記述 | In areas of social service, it is the major proposition that individuality of clients and cases come before all others. On the other hand, access control to limited social resources is necessary for being responsible for macro social consequences. There are serious diversities among them frequently. The purposes of this paper are to discuss comparatively about these structure- in medicine, social welfare, and education- and to make clear the outline of controlling the problem. We propose some proposition and its development about common and specific structures. These are related to some fundamental factors, and constitution of them shape each micro-macro link structure. Controlling total resources with the principle of individuality, it is necessary to establish the public responsible area and the purposive resource control system adapted to each structure. | |||||
