| 内容記述 | In this paper, we would take a close observation of three female social workers. One of them is a single mother, who stepped up from a worker at the elderly care house to care manager and social worker. Second is a nurse who eventually got involved in the life-support for families. She is now trying out for a social worker. Last one is a social worker who decided to study social welfare after her child's sickness. She now works at a NPO specialized in support for the care at home. These three women have different backgrounds and different ways of making their careers, but it is beneficial to compare them and give some consideration. | |||||
