| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to prove that the effectiveness of the support provided by an invisible "virtual team" through a case analysis of the support functions of an electronic community based on the case of a self-help group of caregivers utilizing a WWW bulletin board. This type of "virtual team" has an effect on the life of receivers of such support. The process of formation of a future electronic community and its support functions were discussed. | |||||
