| 内容記述 | In the year of 2000, 'the Basic Livelihood Security Act' was put into operation in the Republic of Korea, which included a new idea of assisting to build "Self support community" by some recipients of welfare benefit, who are able to work but unemployed for the time being. Korean Government dispatched survey groups to France, Italy and so on to search advanced experiences to learn how to back up this type of 'self-support partnership'. But, of course, Korea needs to find Korean way. First of all, considering of historical background of this country, it is not easy as a whole, to balance between stimulating individual initiatives and backing up group activities above mentioned, and secondary, effective measures must be found one by one observing preceding facilities already established in each local communities. | |||||
