| 内容記述 | Welfare Reform that Decentralization, Social Welfare Basic Structure Reform, Public Care Insurance and Reform of Child Welfare Law make rapid progress. It is increasing that issue of social welfare near the inhabitant. Citizen's participation made a progress by Subject Building of them. So Social Welfare Education for Subject Building of Community Welfare is necessary. This note wrote to the general of Subject Building for Community Welfare. And it insisted to a role of Council of Social Welfare and a sense of Social Welfare Education Practice through the practice of Komae Council of Social Welfare. Komae has been established the "AITOPIA COLLEGE" eight year ago. This article based on an analysis of its practice. | |||||
