| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to show that there are many cases which control theory has more applicability than causal theory for insitution analysis. As usual, positive analysis try to explain by prescribing causal relation between facts. However, in some area of social institution study. Other studies have already pointed out that there are cases which causal theory is not applicable, but these are subjectivism approach or methodology that is not manipulative. I would like to demonstrate efficiency of social control theory for positive-analysis methodology of social institution study. This paper defines cases of issue, (i) macro context of regime problem, (ii) policy-science percepective, (iii) institution-members link, The main reason is that the problem is evaluating control process of action order. Social cybernetics is a precedent for application, The configulation leads to deduction of effect control theory. First, we restructure this scheme for purpose of this paper. Next, we formulate framework based on this scheme. Finally, we show some implications lead from this discussion. | |||||
