| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、貧困問題の地域的特徴を分析し、生活困窮者支援のあり方について検討することにある。 貧困基準は今日、相対的貧困という観点から捉えることが主流である。わが国でもこの状態に置かれる人々が増加し、付随して社会的排除や潜在能力の欠如という問題に直面している。これらの貧困問題を地域別に分析し、地域課題を考察する。 |

| 内容記述 | The purposes of this paper are to analyze the regional structure of poverty and to consider the method of support to needy persons. It is the mainstream view to consider poverty from the perspective of relative poverty. In Japan, the people who are also in a state of relative poverty keep increasing, and they’re faced with the problems of “social exclusion” and a lack of “capabilities”. The targets are to analyze regional structures of these problems of the poor and consider regional Issues. |
