| 内容記述 | 社会連帯の再構成を志向する政策論の政治的実効性（合意可能性、継続性）は到達困難である。本論文はこれを、時間的・空間的距離の調整不調により、衡平に基づく互酬性が成立困難な状況と定義し、J. ロールズの「社会的協働のための背景的正義」を具現化することと解釈できるとする立場に立つ。 そのために優先度の高い諸政策は、ミクロ接続としてのストック志向政策、マクロ接続としての社会契約再構築に集約できる。これらにより社会連帯の基礎となる互酬性が再定義されることは、社会的包摂志向の政策目標を時空接続の観点から設定することに帰結する。規範的予期次元での合意可能性のために「人生の偶然性」を支える政策の役割が示される。 |

| 内容記述 | It is difficult to achieve political effectiveness (the possibility of consensus/continuity) for a given political strategy to reconstruct social solidarity. I define this as a situation where it is difficult to establish equitable reciprocity due to the failed reconciliation of spatiotemporal distance, and we assumed that definition embodies background justice for social cooperation, as proposed by John Rawls. Consequently, various high-priority policies may be consolidated into stock-building policies as microconnections and social contract reconstruction as macroconnections. The use of these connections to redefine reciprocity that serves as a basis for social solidarity results in the establishment of social inclusion-oriented strategic goals from the perspective of spatiotemporal connections. The role of a policy to support the synchronicity of life is shown for the possibility of consensus on the expected normative dimension. |
