| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,皮下注射および筋肉内注射の副反応に関する書籍・研究論文における記載内容について概観し,本邦において皮下注射・筋肉内注射の副反応としての硬結がどのように捉えられているのか,また,硬結に関する研究の動向を明らかにすることである.医学辞典,看護学辞典,病理学および皮膚科学の専門書,治療指針等の専門書,医学中央雑誌web 版で「硬結」「注射部位」をkeyword として検索した研究論文を対象とした.その結果,辞典では「硬結」がどの組織のどのような具体的変化なのか記載が曖昧なものが多く,注射後の硬結については,皮膚科学書の1冊に「注射後脂肪組織炎」と紹介されているのみで,病理学書にも病理学的な説明はなかった.研究論文は2005 年以降に増えているが,硬結の定義がされていたものはなかった.症例報告にあった硬結は,薬剤の使用開始直後から数年経過後など発生時期は様々であった.硬結発生部位への注射回数は記載のなかったものが多く,詳細は明らかでない.また,硬結は,大きいものでは10cm大にもなり,疼痛,潰瘍の形成など,重症化していた. | |||||

| 内容記述 | In order to clarify current trends in research related to induration as a reaction at sites of subcutaneous or intramuscular injection in Japan, I conducted a survey of the literature including medical dictionaries, nursing dictionaries, and textbooks of pathology and dermatology. I also conducted a web search of abstracts listed by the Japan Medical Society using the keywords "induration" and "injection site". This search revealed that the dictionary definition of induration was vague. Induration occurring after an injection was referred to as "post-injection steatitis" in one dermatology textbook, and no explanation was provided in any pathology textbook. In addition, despite an increase in research papers after 2005, the definition of induration remained vague. In case reports, the timing and duration of observed induration varied, and details about the number of times injections had been administered at sites of induration were not clear. Some serious cases were reported in which the diameter of induration exceeded 10 cm and was accompanied by pain and ulceration. | |||||
