| 内容記述 | 岩手県民を対象に健康情報の信頼性を判断するための評価の現状,インターネットの利用状況などについて調査を行った.その結果,次のことが明らかになった.(1)もっとも意識されている判断は, 「健康情報の根拠や理由」の明示であり,県民の約6割が意識していた.(2)「専門的内容」,「主治医の意見と同一」,「教育目的か商業目的か」といった判断は県民の約3割から4割が意識していた.(3)健康情報の信頼性の判断には,健康情報の信頼性に疑問を感じた経験,年齢,インターネット経験といった個人背景に関連がみられた.以上の結果を踏まえ,今後は認識できる判断基準の増加を図っていくため,個人背景による認識の差を考慮した教育や普及活動を行っていく必要がある | |||||

| 内容記述 | Background: Health consumers need information to assess the reliably of health services. However, little is known about the characteristics of the criteria used by the general public for assessing health information in Japan. Objective: To clarify the criteria that can be used accurately and reliably by health consumers to assess the quality of public health information. Methods: Questionnaires were used to collect data from a sub sample (n=343) of individuals from a prefecture in Japan. Results: The findings were as follows: (1) Six out of ten consumers had used criteria for determining the evidence for, and source of information. (2) Three to four out of ten consumers had used criteria related to information from experts, which was identical to information provided by their own doctors. (3) Criteria were correlated with experience of doubt about information reliably, and also age and experience of using the internet. Conclusions: Further education and dissemination are needed to improve the public's ability to assess the quality of health information. | |||||
