| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,外来で化学療法を受ける大腸がん患者が,通院生活の継続をどのように受けとめているかを明らかにすろことである.対象者は,調査研究の協力に同意が得られた18名で,平均年齢は63.5歳だった.データ収集は,半構成的面接調査を行い,治療を継続する意味について内容分析を行った.通院生活の継続の受けとめは,大きく2つに分類できた.「治療そのものに関する受けとめ」には「しょうがない」「賭けてみよう」「ありがたい」「どうしてだろう」という気持ちが生じていた.「生活全般に関する受けとめ」には,「普通の生活を実感できる」「自分なりにやりたいことかできる」「誰にもわかってもらえない」という思いがあった.患者は自宅で過ごしながら,現在の状況を少しでも維持しようと努力している姿が浮き彫りになった.外来看護師は,患者の「普通の生活」をより理解しながら支援していく必要性が示唆された. | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to describe the meaning of Chemotherapy for outpatients with colorectal cancer. Subjects were 18 patients who lived with cancer and agreed to participate this study. The mean age was 63.5 years. Date were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using Content analysis. The meaning of Chemotherapy were categorized into seven feeling: "I have to continue the chemotherapy.", "Whether it works or not, I would rather take the chemotherapy.", "I really appreciate that I'm still alive, even if the chemotherapy doesn't make me better.", "I begin to have a slight doubt about the chemotherapy, for it doesn't make me better than before.", "I can enjoy the normal way of living.", "I am satisfind so far as I can do what I want to do.", "No one can understand what I am suffering." The present results suggested that patients were working to keep their present condition at home. Also, nurse must understand their normal lives. | |||||
