| 内容記述 | 農産物を再生産可能な価格で買い上げ家族経営と地域農業を維持させるとの理念にもとづく大東町産直給食は、実際は自家労働評価が不十分な「ボランティア」的参加であった。そこには小規模で自立的な産直給食のシステムにともなう問題点があり、諸条件の変化のなかシステムがうまく働かず労働評価に関する不満が表明されるようになった。そうした不具合を抱えつつもこんにちまで持続した背景には、そもそも「利潤」を追求しない小経営の条件のもとで、小規模で自立的な産直給食であったがゆえに可能となった会員相互の綿密な社会関係の積み重ねが存在している。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of Daito's school lunch program, which uses local farm products (Farm-to-School Program; FTS), is to try to purchase farm products at a price that enables farmhouses to reproduce themselves. However, contrary to this aim, this FTS has been maintained by `undercompensated participation' by supporting farmers. There were problems caused by the system of the small-scale and autonomous FTS, and this system could not work well amid the changes of many conditions, resulting in the expression of dissatisfaction about the valuation of labor. The reason why this FTS has been able to work somehow until now despite such malfunctions depends greatly on the fact that there is an accumulation of intimate social relations among its members. This has been possible because this FTS is composed of small-scale and autonomous farmers, on the condition of small-scale management that does not pursue a `profit'. | |||||
