| 内容記述 | 地方の大学生は、公務員という仕事をどのように捉え、どの程度の学生が実際に公務員を希望し、公務員になるための準備をしているのだろうか。本稿では、岩手県立大学の学生に焦点をあて、学生たちが公務員に対してどのような意識を持っているのかを、調査票調査から得られたデータを基に検討する。分析の結果、公務員を希望するのは男子学生より女子学生に多く、学年が上がり実際に試験が迫ってくると、公務員を希望する学生は減少することが明らかになった。また、男女ともに公務員という進路の実現可能性の評価は低いが、女子学生のほうが公務員になるために真剣に準備に取り組んでおり、女子学生にとって公務員の魅力は大きいことが明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We explore what regional undergraduate students think about civil service work. We also explore how many undergraduate students have the motivation to become civil servants and study for civil service examinations. The purpose of this paper is to examine consciousness regarding careers in the civil service based on data from our questionnaire survey conducted in Iwate Prefectural University. It was shown that the proportion of female students who want to be civil servants is higher than that of male students. In addition, as students progress through the academic years, the proportion who want to be civil servants decreases. In addition, our analyses showed that male students' evaluation of the civil service as a viable career option is as low as female student'. However, female students are studying harder to become civil servants than male students. It is thought that female students are attracted to the civil service career. | |||||
