| 内容記述 | On 17 March 2006 the Supreme court of Japan decided that the requirement of membership of the Iriai Incorporation in Kin Okinawa consist of the requirement for the descendant male and a head of a household, that is contrary to public policy and avoided, and this is conformed and valid. Because the latter is not so although that the former is against the essential equality of both sexes. However, I think that the requirement of a head of a household correspond to the indirect discrimination about woman. Therefore, I wish to verify per that requirement for this note. Moreover, I want to refer to the constitution of an Iriai incorporation, especially the point of change the articles of an incorporation in this note. | |||||
