| 内容記述 | 大学の地域貢献の重要性について既に幾つかの重要な提言が行われているが、そもそも「大学の地域貢献とは何か」について、広い視点から検討を行ったものは少ないように思われる。しかし、大学教員を対象として実際に聞き取り調査を行ってみると、学問分野の性格に応じて、あるいはそれまでの活動の経過に応じて、「地域貢献」について様々な理解があるのが現実である。このような状況下で、地域貢献活動を大学が積極的に取り組んでいく場合に、一定の混乱が予想される。本稿では、先行研究の調査と大学教員への聴き取り調査に基き、「地域貢献とは何か」について素描を提示する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, many reports and declaration about University-Community Collaborations have been published. However, most of them pay little attention to the question "What are University-Community Collaborations, and what should they be?" These questions are worth examine from several viewpoints. In fact, there can be various answers to these question, depending on the research area or experience of respondents in academics. Therefore, it is very important to investigate how the scholars view the concept of University-Community Collaborations, in order to address the challenges in those areas. In this thesis, we present the comprehensive image of University-Community Collaborations based on the survey research conducted in the Faculty of Policy Studies, Iwate Prefectural University, which was founded for multidisciplinary research and education. | |||||
