| 内容記述 | 岩手県は日常生活圏域の広さ、人口密度の低さが他県と比較して顕著であり、特に過疎地域では社会生活上、時間距離の克服が重要な課題となっている。本稿では、過疎地域における時間距離克服の方策を検討する上での基礎的知見を得るため、文献調査により交通と通信に関する県内各地域でのサービスレベルの現状把握を行った。また、自動車交通と加入電話に関して、既存の交通量および通話量のデータを用い、県内の過疎地域、県内の非過疎地域における交通、通信双方の利用状況の比較分析を行った。これらの結果から、岩手県の過疎地域での交通行動及び通信行動が、非過疎地域と比較してより広域的であることが明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In this paper, we analyze the macro statistics of transportation and telecommunication usage in Iwate Prefecture in order to understand the basic characteristics of this usage in rural, that is scarcely populated districts. We use several numerical indexes of this field, and compare behaviors in rural districts with those in the other districts. We find that in rural districts the ratio of traffic is bigger than in the other districts. 0ur conclusion is that the extent of transportation and telecommunication activities in rural districts is wider than in the other districts. | |||||
