| 内容記述 | 本稿では、地域情報化の進展状況の判断基準の考察を行うために、岩手県内の過疎地域での情報通信基盤整備に関する実地調査結果のとりまとめ、及び情報化の進展状況の定量評価に関する先行研究の検討を行っている。その上で、地域情報化本来の意味と、各地域での情報通信基盤の利用実態を、より反映できるような地域情報化の進展状況の判断基準、及び定量評価のための定式化について示唆を与えている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper considers what kind of criteria should be adopted to quantify status of regional information intensification in municipal areas. As preparation for considering this question, results of field research on actual status of regional information intensification of 5 depopulated municipalities in Iwate Prefecture is summarized and previous studies trying to quantify status of regional information intensification are reviewed. In conclusion, as criteria of quantifying status of regional information intensification, frequency of use of regional information system is preferable to diffusion level use of regional information. | |||||
