| 内容記述 | This paper introduces the Kaldorian investment function and the Keynesian liquidity preference function into the IS-LM model of Schinasi [1982] and Sasakura [1994]. Its main purpose is to consider nonlinear dynamics with the help of the four-dimension Hopf Bifurcation Theorem. When the government finances the budget deficit by money financing and behaves counter-cyclically with the adaptive fiscal policy rule, if the monetary authority changes the parameter of the money market continuously, the equilibrium of this model keeps the local stability, and the instability of the cyclical solutions around the bifurcation point. | |||||
