The inquiries made to corporations this time, show that people with mental disabilities are not special cases for telework. Based on this result, corporations are making the following arrangements: 1) various working styles, 2) working as a team, 3)clarification and demarcation of tasks, 4) health management, and 5) utilization of outside organizations. Coordination with outside support organizations is especially effective when there is an issue in securing personnel, or in resolving' health or life problems.
