 note = {A Japanese form of the scale for intercultural effectiveness (Walter et al., 1995) with 2 subscales, interpersonal relationship and intercultural adaptability, by 10 items each was constructed through I-T correlational analysis. The α-coefficients and retest-reliabilities of those subscales were quite enough for practical use. High school students of foreign language major showed high intercultural adaptability score than other students.
