 note = {A questionnaire including a scale to measure the skills of practical use of information which basically based on Takahira et al. (2001) was administrated to 261 senior net workers in Iwate prefecture. Four factors, positive attitude to informational activities, active strategy, information seeking, and informational confirmation, were emerged through factor analysis on this scale. Among four factors, the first factor seemed critical to progress of IT activities in the seniors, which was slightly different to the young.
