The review of Community Welfare Plan for the Aged that the Ministry of Health and Welfare is showing is not touched to about whether analyze, evaluate it how and do the review, without passing to be showing the direction. From such problem recognition, this research makes that studies the evaluation framework and also the analysis method of Community Welfare Planning for the Aged review through the tackling of the review and also Care Insurance Plan of Community Welfare Plan for the Aged in Iwate Pref.
