| 内容記述 | Combining it with the plan of Care Insurance Plan by, the introduction of Care Insurance system the review of Community Welfare Plan for the Aged is carried out. However, the research regarding the framework and analysis method that evaluate these plans are hardly shown, while it is in the situation that the review of Community Welfare Plan for the Aged is being carried out. It would be said that there is little research that analyzed the plan after the plan, although the plan progress and plan method of Community Welfare Plan for the Aged of every place are introduced by various article. The review of Community Welfare Plan for the Aged that the Ministry of Health and Welfare is showing is not touched to about whether analyze, evaluate it how and do the review, without passing to be showing the direction. From such problem recognition, this research makes that studies the evaluation framework and also the analysis method of Community Welfare Planning for the Aged review through the tackling of the review and also Care Insurance Plan of Community Welfare Plan for the Aged in Iwate Pref. Toono-shi, the purpose. | |||||
