| 内容記述 | The purpose of the research note is to reconsider care conference from practice theory of group work. While an overview of care conference in terms of care management process was presented in the last paper, the focus here is to contextualize care conference within its history, or practice theory. In the first section, the history of task group is summarized. Care conference is regarded as one of the task groups. The history is divided into two large parts, before 1995, and from 1956 to 1975. Second, various work on case conference are reviewed and models of task group are delineated. Third, the theory of team within the context of social work as well as community care is discussed. Several concluding remarks on the development of care conference and team are made. | |||||
