| 内容記述 | We have a useful traditional procedure of "dichotomy" we may use whenever our decision making can be not afforded to innovate the current system on the choice between the two, e. g., "centralization or de-centralization", "selectivity or universality", "institutional (or residential) care or domiciliary care", and so on. There are various implications in these concepts, beyond the differential natures of the generation span, the level of measures, and its "value juxtaposisions", etc. In this paper, these concepts seen the macro approach toward personal social services will be described and analyzed, keeping sight of the current situations and process of structural change of social welfare "arena". | |||||
