| 内容記述 | The more we analyze welfare systems throughout, the more its components gradually has become very complicated and multi-dimensional, instead of coping with simple forms of policy process and administrative procedures. For the most substantial value of "welfare", an attached "simplicity" is the important matter people concerns in a daily life. But there is a big difference between this our official assumption and implicit realities as it is. This thesis put up some subjects of strategy issues at forecast and its phases of scientific framework or arrangements (e.g. crisis management, subordinate model, game theory, and policy design, as well.) on the strategic view for the delivery system of social services in Japan as of now. | |||||
