| 内容記述 | 血清および肝臓脂質レベルに対する異なる種類の食油摂取の影響をラットにおいて検討した。ラットには植物性食品,動物性食品および海産食品のうち,代表的で主要な食品である大豆,牛肉および魚(マグロ)から抽出した大豆油,牛脂および魚油を含む実験飼料を与えた。魚油摂取脈の血清コレステロール濃度,その中で(超低密度リポタンパク質+低密度リポタンパク質)コレステロール濃度が大豆油および牛脂摂取群と比較して有意に低下した。魚油摂取群の血清トリグリセリド濃度が3群間で最も低かった。魚油摂取群の血清リン脂質および遊離脂肪産濃度が大豆油および牛脂摂取群と比較して有意に低下した。魚油摂取群の肝臓コレステロール含量が3群間で最も低く,牛脂摂取群と比較して有意差がみられた。血清および肝臓脂質レベル低下作用に対して,魚油の摂取が大豆油および牛脂摂取と比較して最も効果的であった。魚油には脂質代謝に対して多くの有用な作用のあることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The effects of the feeding of oil and fat derived from different kinds of foods on serum and liver lipid levels were studied in rats. Rats were fed an experimental diet containing soybean oil, beef fat, or fish oil, which were extracted from soybean, beef, or fish (tuna), respectively, representing typical staple foods in the vegetable, animal, and seafood categories. The serum cholesterol concentration in the fish oil diet group, especially the very-low-density lipoprotein plus low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol concentration, was significantly lower than that in the soybean oil and beef fat diet groups. The serum triglyceride concentration in the fish oil diet group was the lowest among the three diet groups. The serum phospholipid and nonesterified fatty acid concentrations in the fish oil diet group were significantly lower than those in the soybean oil and beef fat diet groups. The liver cholesterol content in the fish oil diet group was the lowest among the three diet groups, and was significantly lower as compared to the beef fat diet group. The fish oil diet had the most effective serum and liver lipid level-lowering actions as compared to the soybean oil and beef fat diets. These results suggest that the ingestion of fish oil has many beneficial effects on the lipid metabolism. | |||||
