 note = {We investigated life and culture about four regions of the Iwate prefecture those regions had been done similar investigation in the past. Our study investigated the past and modern, area transformation of the house, food, culture, region industry. This study reported about food and nutrition. Food intakes were affected for age and region industry, big difference was not observed between four regions. Modern and past meals were different in grain dishes, fish and meat dishes and vegetable dishes.
