| 内容記述 | 持効性注射用製剤の筋肉内注射においてZ-track法を用いた時の薬物血中濃度の経過を明らかにすることを目的とし,ラットを用いた基礎的実験を行った.ラットの大腿部に通常行われている方法とZ-track法でそれぞれ筋肉内注射した後,6時間および1,2,3,5,7,14,28日後に薬物血中濃度を測定し,その経過をみた.その結果,Z-track法は通常法と比較し,6時間後が低い一方で2～5日後は高く,安定する7日後までの変動が大きい傾向があった.したがってZ-track法での施行が薬液の吸収過程に影響を及ぼしていると考えられた. | |||||

| 内容記述 | A basic experiment was conducted using rats with the objective of clarifying the serial changes of blood concentration using the Z-track method for long-acting intramuscular injections. Intramuscular injections were made in the femoral regions of rats using the routine method and the Z-track method. Respectively blood concentrations were then measured 6 hours and 1,2,3,5,7,14 and 28 days after the injections, and the changes of the blood concentrations was examined. The results showed that there was a large trend of blood concentration fluctuation with the Z-track method compared to the routine method until stabilization 7 days after the injection, with a low concentration 6 hours after the injection and high concentration 2 to 5 days after the injection. Consequently, we feel that injection with the Z-track method affects the drug absorption process. | |||||
