| 内容記述 | 本論文は,看護師を対象とした筋肉内注射技術に関する質問紙調査を行った結果と,筋肉内注射場面の観察調査の結果及び看護師を対象とした面接調査の結果から,看護師の行う筋肉内注射技術の実践知を明らかにすること,看護師が捉えている困難点から筋肉内注射技術の課題を明らかにすることを目的とした.その結果出された結論は以下である.1.注射針の刺入深度については多くの看護師は「3分の2刺す」「2分の1刺す」と一律に答えているため,筋肉内注射部位の皮下組織厚をどのようにアセスメントしているかは不明である.看護経験年数によらず皮下組織厚のアセスメントについて疑問であり困難と感じている.科学的根拠に基づく筋肉内注射部位の皮下組織厚のアセスメント法を確立していく必要性がある.2.筋肉内注射技術を実施する頻度は少なくなってきている.筋肉内注射は検査の前処置やある程度限定された治療の場合に多く行われているため,実施の機会の多い看護師とその機会の少ない看護師の実践知にばらつきがある.看護師の実践知を経験の少ない看護師に伝えていく必要がある.看護師の実践知を理論知と統合し,より発展した実践知として看護師で共有していくことが求められている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Purpose : To clarify difficulty and practical knowledge of intramuscular injections by nurses in hospitals. Methods : A questionnaire survey, semi-structured interviews and observation of actual intramuscular injections by nurses in hospitals. Conclusion : Based on the questionnaire, interviews and observation, two suggestions were extracted : 1. Most nurses inject 2/3 or 1/2 of the needle length in intramuscular injections. The subcutaneous tissue thickness varies by patient. Nurses need to assess subcutaneous tissue thickness in determining needle length required for intramuscular injection. Therefore we need to assess subcutaneous tissue for the establishment of a theory. 2. Expert nurses have practical knowledge of intramuscular injections. They should teach their practical knowledge of intramuscular injections to nurses who do not have any experience in injecting intramuscular injections. We need to integrate practical knowledge with theoretical knowledge on intramuscular injections. | |||||
