| 内容記述 | 糖尿病(1型・2型)をもつ児童生徒が安心して,より充実した学校生活を送るために,また,学校検尿で発見された尿糖陽性者と2型糖尿病の児童生徒が治療・管理を継続できるために,学校関係者,とくに養護教諭がどのような支援をしたらよいか,次の手順により必要とされることをマニュアルとしてまとめ,有用性を検討した.(1)糖尿病児童生徒の学校生活・家庭生活と学校関係者の対応の実態調査から,改善すべき事項を見出す.岩手県内M市内の2病院小児科外来に通院中の児童生徒11人と親11人,養護教諭・担任11人の面接調査(2)学校関係者のための糖尿病児童生徒支援マニュアルの作成実態調査の結果と,ロスアンゼルス小児病院総合糖尿病センターの冊子,US保健福祉省の学校職員のためのガイド,その他の文献に基づき作成した.(3)作成したマニュアルについての意見調査(4)学校生活ケアプランの活用養護教諭10人により対象児への関わりを記録(5)糖尿病児童生徒へのチームアプローチについて,10人の養護教諭の学校の状況を聴取した.学校関係者は,医療の現場との関係が少ないため,糖尿病についての専門知識を深めることが困難である.作成したマニュアルには,実際的な知識や最新情報を含めたが,更に情報源や相談窓口を必要とし,対象児の主治医や校医,糖尿病療養指導士を含むチームアプローチにより改善されると考えられた.対象児と保護者によい支援ができるために,ケアプランを活用して子どもと保護者の気持ちに沿った支援を可能にすること,2型糖尿病児童生徒の治療の継続のために,疾患についての知識を深め,要観察児とすることなど改善を具体的に進める方法が示唆された. | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to find how school nurses and teachers could help students with diabetes and their parents for safe and successful school life. Students with glucose positive in urine testing and type 2 diabetes were also the target of this study. The first phase was to write a manual for school personnel, using the results of our survey on diabetes self-management behaviors at school and school nurses responses to them. The second phase started to gather reactions to the manual from school personnel, physicians, nurses and Certified Diabetes Educators (CDE). Diabetes Care Plan in School Life, we developed, was used by 10 school nurses who volunteered to write their care records for a year. Activities of Diabetes Care Team were also investigated at 10 schools where the volunteered school nurses were working. The reactions to the manual were favorable. Comments from the respondents were used to, provide a revised edition. Useful knowledge and tools for diabetes care were found valuable. The Diabetes Care Plan will be helpful for school nurses to work on diabetes students more closely and effectively. Development of Diabetes Care Team is necessary to maintain good care for Type 1 diabetes students as well as Type 2 and those with glucose positive in school urine testing. | |||||
