| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,小学校教師版怒り尺度および小学校教師版怒り対処尺度を開発し,それらの尺度を用いて,小学校教師の怒り水準と怒り対処行動との関係について検討することである.研究Iでは,小学校教師392名(男性141名,女性251名)を対象にして,小学校教師版怒り尺度を開発し,その信頼性,妥当性について検討した.因子分析の結果,小学校教師版怒り尺度は,30項目3因子構造(「児童の言動」因子,「同僚や保護者の言動」因子,「多忙な仕事」因子)であることが判明した.また,小学校教師版怒り尺度は,高い信頼性,妥当性を示した.研究IIでは,研究Iと同一の小学校教師を対象にして,小学校教師版怒り対処尺度を開発し,怒り水準と怒り対処行動との関係について分析した.因子分析の結果,小学校教師版怒り対処尺度は,24項目6因子構造(「相談」因子,「児童への攻撃」因子よ「リラクゼーション」因子,「抑圧」因子,「家族への攻撃」因子,「自力問題解決」因子)であることが判明した.また,小学校教師版怒り対処尺度は,高い信頼性,妥当性を示した.そこで,小学校教師の怒り水準と怒り対処行動との関係について検討するために分散分析を行った.その結果,男女とも,怒り水準が高くなればなるほど,小学校教師は,怒り喚起場面において攻撃行動を取る傾向がより強くなることがわかった. | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research was to develop two scales ; (1) for measuring anger and (2) for measuring anger coping behavior, and to examine the relationship between the level of anger and anger coping behavior of elementary school teachers using these scales. In Study 1, the reliability and validity of the first scale was examined in 392 elementary school teachers (141 men, 251 women). Results of factor analysis indicated that the 30-item scale consisted of three factors (Speech and Behavior of Children, Speech and Behavior of Colleagues and Parents, and Busy at Work). The Scale had a high degree of reliability and validity. In Study 2, the same teachers participated in developing a scale of anger coping behavior. Then the relationship between the level of anger and anger coping behavior was analyzed. Results of factor analysis indicated that the second scale with 24 items consisted of six factors (Consultation, Attacking the child, Relaxation, Repression, Family Attack and Self-Solution). Moreover, the Anger Coping Scale had high reliability and validity. An analysis variance on the relationship between the level of anger and anger coping in elementary school teachers indicated that higher the level of anger, the stronger was the tendency for aggressive behavior.
